Membros do Grupo de Pesquisa sobre Potências Médias apresentaram suas pesquisas na Conferência Internacional ISA-FLACSO, em Buenos Aires, entre 23 e 25 de Julho. A Conferência foi realizada na Universidade de Buenos Aires, Escola de Economia, e buscou congregar temas acerca das Potências Globais e Regionais em um contexto de mudança sistêmica.
